Nexamorph Technologies – Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 25, 2025

1. Digital Services
Website development and maintenance services are digital and custom, so refunds are only provided in case of non-delivery or if we fail to meet the agreed-upon scope.

2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, email us at rajambere22@gmail.com within 14 days of service delivery. Include your project details and reason for the request.

3. Partial Refunds
If partial work has been delivered, refunds may be prorated based on the completed portion of the project.

4. Non-Refundable

• Completed website development projects approved by the client

• Services rendered per maintenance agreements where work has already started
