2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback necessary for us to complete your project. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment
All payments are due as specified in your invoice or project agreement. For ongoing maintenance services, recurring payments apply as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all website content, design, and code developed for you will become your property, except for third-party software or assets we integrate, which remain under their original licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nexamorph Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website. We are responsible only for the services delivered as agreed.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to our Refund Policy.
